How to print coloring pages
Choose the right file
Open the print-ready PDF from the page you want to use. The PDF is designed for both A4 and US Letter paper, so families and classrooms can use their usual printer without searching for a separate version.
Check the preview first
Confirm that the drawing is upright, the full border is visible, and the paper tray has the expected size. For a classroom set, print one test sheet before making several copies.
Use fit-to-page printing
In your PDF reader, choose Fit, Fit to printable area, or the equivalent setting. Avoid borderless enlargement unless your printer supports it, because it can crop the outer line art.
Pick a practical quality setting
Standard quality is suitable for crayons and classroom practice. High quality is useful for colored pencils and fine marker work. Use plain white paper for the clearest outlines, and let ink dry before stacking pages.
Make the activity last
Store unused pages flat and offer crayons, washable markers, or colored pencils that match the child’s age. The same design can be printed again for a different color plan or a group activity.
